Before you order
Is your fish free of formalin?
Yes. Every batch is tested with a formalin kit at the ghat and again before packing. We keep fish fresh with clean ice, not chemicals.
Is the meat halal?
All chicken, duck, beef and mutton is slaughtered the halal way by our own trained butchers, on the morning of delivery.
Can you cut the fish or meat my way?
Yes, for free. Write it in the order note — curry pieces, steaks, fillet, boneless, keema — or tell us when we call to confirm.
Why is the final weight a little different?
Fish and meat are weighed before cleaning. We always send at least the weight you ordered before cutting, and we tell you the exact weight on the invoice.
Which delivery slots can I choose?
Morning (7–10am), noon (12–3pm) or evening (6–9pm) inside Dhaka. Pick one in the order note.
How is the order kept cold?
Fish goes in an ice box, meat is vacuum packed with ice packs. Riders carry insulated bags.
What is the delivery charge?
৳60 inside Dhaka, free on orders over ৳1,500. We do not send fresh fish and meat outside Dhaka.
Can I pay with bKash or Nagad?
Yes. Pay cash on delivery, or with bKash or Nagad at checkout.
